Oriella Mejia is a dedicated community advocate and civic leader from Woodbridge, Virginia. A proud graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Oriella has had a career rooted in service, engagement, and empowering communities across the Commonwealth.
Throughout her career, Oriella has worked throughout numerous levels of government, helping connect people with resources, strengthen community partnerships, and ensure that residents across Virginia have a voice in the decisions that affect their everyday lives.
She has served in the U.S. Senate for Virginia Senators Mark Warner and Tim Kaine, and later worked as an Advisor in the Biden–Harris Administration, where she contributed to initiatives that delivered wins for all Americans.
